For years those who passed by were used to his warm smile, and hearing him say, "Give a Dollar, Help a Scholar!" Few could resist stopping to chat, and buy one of our t-shirts. We miss him so much. Who is eligible for a local Freeport Dollars for Scholars scholarship?
ANSWER: FREEPORT SCHOOL DISTRICT resident senior scholars who attend public,
private, parochial schools, as well as those who are homeschooled,
and intend to continue on after high school to higher learning.
Click on the Students and Parents tab at the top of the page
to create your profile, or return to your dashboard
if you have already created a profile.
***If you create your profile, you may discover that you also match to other scholarships nationally! ***
Application period for the local 2024 Senior Freeport Dollars for Scholars scholarship is
Tuesday, February 1st through Friday April 1st, 2024.
(Deadlines vary for National Scholarships, so check the dashboard often to see if you have qualified. )
